Built on a forecourt, not in a boardroom.

A petrol pump runs on trust and paper, and one of those keeps failing. Meter photos sit in a drawer. Cash gets counted twice and still doesn't agree. The day's price is on a whiteboard, and payroll is worked out on the same sheet where a shortfall quietly disappeared.

None of that is anyone's fault. It is what happens when a business that moves lakhs of rupees a day is run on a system designed for a shop. The information exists — it is just spread across four people, three notebooks and one memory, and by the time a discrepancy surfaces nobody can say which shift it came from.

Maxify makes paper the exception rather than the system. Not by adding hardware or asking anyone to change how they work on the forecourt, but by capturing what already happens, as it happens, on the phone that is already in their pocket.

Everything in the product hangs off one loop that a pump already runs every single day. We did not invent it; we just made it close.

Around that loop sit the parts of a pump that normally live in separate registers: tank and dispenser ledgers that reconcile down to the millilitre, barcode billing for oil and shop items with proper GST tax invoices, and payroll where a flagged shortfall links to the employee it came from — capped, explained, and never a surprise at month end.

We started close to home, because the only way to build this was to stand on a forecourt at 6am and watch the routine happen. Kerala gave us pumps where we could do that, owners who told us plainly what was wrong with each version, and a genuine test of whether the product works in more than one language.

It also set a standard we have kept: the interface works in English, Hindi and Malayalam, because the person entering the reading should not have to work in someone else's language to do it accurately.

Three roles, one source of truth. The owner gets a consolidated view across every pump they run. The manager assigns staff to dispensers, reviews discrepancies and approves the day-end balance. The attendant runs the routine, logs readings and submits cash from a phone.

Nobody is asked to learn a system built for someone else's job.

No hardware to install, because a pump does not need another box to maintain. Priced per pump so a single-site owner is not subsidising a fleet. No lock-in, and your data stays exportable — if you leave, you leave with it.
